Books that Roc
Kick-off meeting January 26
6:00–8:00 p.m. EST, virtual

STC Rochester is starting a mostly virtual book club to build a stronger sense of community within the tech comm industry.

January 26th will be our kick-off meeting and introduction to the first book: Lead Fearlessly, Love Hard: Finding Your Purpose and Putting it to Work by Linda Cliatt-Wayman. We’ll meet again on April 20th to discuss the book and share our thoughts and takeaways.

The first 5 people who register for our January 26th meeting will get a free copy courtesy of the Rochester Chapter.

Books that Roc is free but you must register to attend. Make sure to follow us on Eventbrite to be notified of future book club events!

Can I suggest a book?

ABSOLUTELY! We encourage all members to suggest books that they have found helpful, inspiring, useful, practical, and even just enjoyable. Please email book suggestions to programs@stc-rochester.org

Where can I get the books?

STC Rochester will provide links to independent stores that sell books online and have stock of the book we are reading. We also strongly encourage folks to visit their local libraries to see if copies are available.
