Survey on collaboration in the workplace

One of our own, STC Associate Fellow and Georgia Tech faculty member Rebecca Burnett needs your help with a research survey she’s conducting. She writes:

Dear STC Colleagues,

This survey asks about your experiences collaborating with others in the workplace. You will be asked about the different tools you may use, about how often you use these tools, and about whether these tools improve your collaboration.

You can choose not to participate in this research survey. You may also choose not to answer particular questions. Participation is voluntary, and any information you provide is anonymous. No personal information about participants is collected. By clicking START SURVEY NOW, you can begin the process. Feel free to ask any of your workplace colleagues who engage in collaborative activities to complete the survey as well.

Please help Dr. Burnett out by completing the survey and forwarding it on to others where you work.

2010 Awards Banquet and 30th Anniversay Celebration

2010 Awards Banquet and 30th Anniversay Celebration

The STC Atlanta Chapter is 30 years old this year! During the 2010 awards banquet, we’ll be doing more than presenting the STC Competition Awards and President’s Awards. We’ll be celebrating all of our achievements throughout the past 30 years and looking forward to continued years of learning and fun. Several of our past presidents will be in attendance. We’ll enjoy great food, watch a slideshow celebrating the last 30 years (with pictures), and have a great time with old and new friends. We hope to see you there!

See the competition page for more information.
